• The Polygon Tools are free tools and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
• They are not covered by any SLA, uptime guarantee, or support commitment.
• If your work matters, export and keep your own copy.
• Outputs should be checked in your own GIS or workflow before you rely on them.

3) Local editing and optional account features

Many Polygon Tools features run directly in your browser. Some optional features, such as sign-in, cloud saving, or sending an AOI to the ClearSKY Dashboard, may store or transmit content to provide the feature you request.

Free cloud-style saving or library features are convenience features, not guaranteed long-term storage. Export and store important work yourself.

4) Third-party maps and overlays

Basemaps, overlays, and similar components may be provided by third parties and may have their own terms, attribution requirements, and availability limits.
